Piyush Bhantagar found his beginnings as part of India’s Deaf Bass Twins, eventually branching off into his own as Sound Avtar. As both Deaf Bass Twins, a brief stint under his own name & as Sound Avtar, High Chai provided the launching pad for this talented young producer from India.
Sound Avtar’s signature sound is laced with power-kicks, mad bass engineering and catchy topline melodies.
Known for his infamous appearances at some of India’s biggest festivals like NH7 Weekender & Sunburn and sharing the stage with Knife Party, Major Lazer & Zomboy, Piyush has been voted Best DnB – Dubstep DJ & Producer by MYFAV Awards two years-running (2012-14).
